Spot-On in 3 steps

  1. REFLECT. You reflect on 30 statements on your behaviour. For example:
    • “I appear calm, but inside I’m not.”
    • “I jump into action even though I know it’s better to wait.”
    • “I consider other people’s opinions more important than my own.”
  2. SPOT. Your behaviour is mapped in the Spot-On Model.
  3. ACT. You consciously make different decisions & communicate in a more authentic way

The Ground Principle of Spot-On: Paradox

We often confuse contradictions with paradoxes, but they are very different.

  • Contradiction (Conflict) belongs to a world of either–or thinking, zero or one. You are either strong or vulnerable. One side must be wrong for the other to be right. 
  • Paradox (Harmony), is different. It allows apparent opposites to coexist and reveal a deeper truth. You can be strong and vulnerable at the same time.

Life isn’t black or white, even if we were raised to think in terms of right or wrong, winning or losing. Spot-On is built on the ground-principle of paradox, not contradiction. By allowing opposites to coexist, you move beyond limiting beliefs and rigid patterns to step into a more authentic and liberated life.
